Liked:Thankfully they were able to change our room. Because it wasnt what was reserved. We needed an extra bed so she changed it with the sofa bed and queen like it was originally supposed to be.

Disliked:They were out of pillows and blankets for the sofa bed. Only 2 towels when we had 3 guests. Hair in all the linens.
