Spacious rooms but misleading ad and unresponsive staff

Liked:Liked the spacious rooms and AC

Disliked:Found the ad misleading, pool was in a whole separate building across the main road and was a day club servicing two hotels and the public, was crazy busy. Found reception quite unresponsive as the urban rooms is a separate building called multiple times for issues and ended up having to walk across the street in person to have anything resolved.

Worth of money and will definitely recommend it

Liked:Fabulous location!! Mini market available just opposite the road, few hundred meters to foods and bars, and very close to the port. Room is very clean, spacious. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Disliked:Housekeeping open door without confirming if people still inside the room, not a big problem but it shock me in the morning from sleeping

We've got what was expected and had a great time.

Liked:Staff was pleasure to deal with. Room was nice and clean. Bed large and comfortable. Little balcony and roof terrace was nice. Was amazing to be able to use AquaLuna beach club facilities. Ferry is only a few minutes away. Bus stops everywhere.

Disliked:Breakfast could be better. And smell from bathroom was not very pleasant from time to time. We've had that issue in a few places in a few countries. Sometimes it's unavoidable I assume. Little street below was getting noisy from about 7am. But that's also not to blame the hotel.
