Was a wonderful and comfortable stay

Liked:Room was spacious and bed was very comfortable. Location is excellent with a wide choice of food/drink meters from the hotel.

Disliked:Roads outside the hotel are not passable by cars at the moment because of work being done. The aqualuna pool can be very busy and difficult to get a sunbed, with many sunbeds reserved.

Good for a few nights, not for a long stay

Liked:Great location for visiting the island, not so great if going to a beach with sand is your priority(minimum 1h away by bus). Spacious room and polite staff. Close to bus stations, stores open 24/7 and good restaurants.

Disliked:The bathroom was poorly cleaned(the photos are from when we checked in). We also asked for a clean pillowcase since ours was stained and haven’t received it at all. Breakfast was not always fresh. They rotated a few options every other day, but mainly they had the same food everyday. For a 6 night stay it became very dull.

Pleasant stay with the family/friends!

Liked:A nice hotel for a short family getaway. It's conveniently located close to many cafés and restaurants, with easy access to public transportation, making it simple to explore the area. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and everything worked as expected. The breakfast was good, with a decent selection to start the day. Overall, it's a solid choice for a pleasant stay with the family.

Disliked:The only downside was that a refundable security deposit was required at check-in. While it was returned without any issues, it was an unexpected extra charge. We also found the access to the swimming pool inconvenient. It was located in a separate building, and guests had to collect vouchers or access passes from the reception before using it. Because of this extra hassle, we decided not to use the pool during our stay.

Guests get free access to the Aqualuna Lido which is located 984 ft away from the hotel on the promenade. Guests are required to show photo identification and credit card upon check-in.
