Nice hotel to stay in Malta

Liked:Really nice gentleman in reception let me check in earlier just on my arrival. It was really kind as I was exhausted after the travel. I really appreciate it! Location of the hotel is great. I liked the cleanes of the rooms and the air-conditioning has been working all the time which was good. Breakfast was good and tasty.

Disliked:Tv didn't work, there were signal breaks all the time. I ordered a wake up call but then realised that the phone in my room also didn't work... luckily I've had my clock alarm set, otherwise I would be late to the airport. Pool area needs renovation.

Although it was in a convenient area it was very poor quality and abysmal service.

Liked:The property was close to attractions, restraints and supermarkets, it was also easily accessible to transport.

Disliked:The lift in the property was incredibly unstable causing risk to injury if it broke down. The staff were also very rude and once falsely accused my girlfriend and I of stealing to no further apology for the false accusation. The dining area staff were also very rude. I once saw a staff member shout at a customer for taking some water from a jug to fill up her water bottle.

Liked:The property was in a prime location very close to everything, check in was very easy the man at the desk was very helpful and gave us lots of information

Disliked:One of the single beds in our room was very uncomfortable. The spring was poking through the bed and scratching throughout the night. However when we spoke to the staff about it they instantly brought in a mattress topper which made it less uncomfortable.
