Liked:The staff and everything were great. I reserved a room and once I got there to check in they said that they had to cancel my reservations. They said they attempted to call me but I never saw a call and was at my college graduation all day up until we went to check in. They stated that my card was declined and there was no reason for my card to be declined. Luckily my mom had a room and we were able to all pile up in her room. The girl at the front desk was able to find us a room late that evening but we had already made it work with the room we were in and declined. My biggest complaint was that a room should not be canceled without the party knowing regardless of whether or not you were able to speak to them. Change your check in hours or something so that this doesn't happen because it was very inconvenient for us and I was very upset to find out that our room was canceled without me knowing. Horrible way to treat your guests. Bar was great, room was great other than being very confined with 5 people in a room. Will not stay here again due to the lack of communication and will not recommend it to anyone.

Disliked:I don’t know how to begin with the dining experience. There was not enough kitchen staff. The weekend Hostess needs training. Ran out of food and utensils. And it was way too expensive for the options . I emailed the gen manager, with no response ask for the food refund vouchers. Did she handle it?? I will be climbing the ladder with corporate. I thought it would be decent being attached to a conference center. I can say the front staff were AWESOME, and the night Hostess was very accommodating.

Disliked:Most room were cavernous and the air condtioning was way too cold. The breakfast was terrible both in quality and quantity. Both morinings they ran out of things. The second morning I has to pay $14.99 and they oonly had coffee, toast and yoghurt. Staff did on refill things on time nor did they clean the tables on time. Not a very good attitude neither
