Liked:Our stay was truly exceptional and exceeded all our expectations. One of the biggest highlights was the incredible variety of attractions at the aqua park, along with the fantastic kids' amusement area, which provided endless fun for the whole family. Another outstanding aspect of the resort was its restaurants. Every restaurant offered a unique dining experience with an impressive variety of dishes and consistently delicious food. Each meal was enjoyable and added something special to our stay. I would like to extend my sincere appreciation to Mr. Ehab and Mr. Emad for their outstanding hospitality, professionalism, and genuine care. They spared no effort in making sure every detail of our stay was perfect, and their dedication truly made our vacation unforgettable. Thank you to the entire team for such a wonderful experience. We will definitely be coming back again very soon, and we look forward to another memorable stay

Everything was more than perfect

Liked:Everything was perfect. The staff were so friendly the atmosphere was great. It was my second visit to Serenity. Although I visited many resorts in Hurghada I never thought of visiting a hotel twice other than Serenity Alma Heights. This is due to the impeccable staff, everyone there worked hard to make our stay special. Special thanks go to Mr. Emad who helped us all through the holiday. Also Mr. Albert front desk office for his warm welcome.A big thanks to Mr. Ahmed Saudi - the waiter at the main restaurant, he was very welcoming, attentive and always happy to help. We really appreciated his excellent service and hospitality. Mr. Amir at Tau restaurant also deserves recognition for his tireless efforts until the last minutes. Thanks to the life guards and Emad at the aqua park. Looking forward to the next visit. Thank you all.
