Very Good Stay – good Location and Spacious Apartment

Liked:Overall, our stay at Lilly Apartments was very good, and we really enjoyed our time there. Location: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The location is excellent — actually, it is one of the best things about the property. It is very close to the city center and makes it easy to reach many places.. Apartment: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The apartment was very nice, spacious, and comfortable, with a really beautiful view. We received the apartment in very good condition, and overall it was a pleasant place to stay. Swimming Pool: ⭐⭐⭐⭐ The pool is relatively small, but it was clean and well maintained. I particularly liked the idea of having a jacuzzi, which was a great addition. Staff: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A special thanks to Mr. Abdelrahman at the reception. He was very helpful and cooperative, and every request we made was handled properly. His attitude made our stay much more comfortable. Seashell Beach: ⭐⭐⭐⭐ The beach is sandy, beautiful, and very suitable for families with children. There are also some nice water activities and playgrounds in the water. There is an area where you can snorkel, but you need to walk over quite a lot of rocks to reach it.

Disliked:The entrance road to the hotel was not properly paved, which was a little inconvenient.. I would rate the cleanliness around 8/10. One thing to note is that housekeeping only comes if your stay is more than 3 days, and in our case, the apartment was cleaned on the third day. Unfortunately, on the third day we also found a large worm-like insect in the middle of the bed. It may have entered through the balcony, so I wouldn't necessarily consider it a major issue, especially since the apartment was very clean when we first checked in. However, it is something that could be improved. One thing I did not like about the beach is that guests are not allowed to bring their own water, snacks, or drinks. In fact, a beach guard tried to stop us from bringing only one bottle of water and one bottle of soft drink. This restriction was not clearly explained by the hotel, so I think guests should be informed about it in advance. Also, the prices of food and drinks inside the beach are quite expensive.

Disliked:I stayed at this hotel and found bed bugs in the bed, which is completely unacceptable. The room was noisy, the bunk beds were uncomfortable, and despite reporting the issue, staff refused to move us to another room. We didn’t sleep at all because of the bugs and constant disturbance. This is a serious hygiene failure and I cannot recommend this hotel.
