Repeated praise for very helpful, friendly and attentive staff (Nour, Sivia, Mostafa, Habiba, Mr. Marten, Amineh); reception often assisted with requests and late check-out. A few isolated issues (slow responses on upgrades, occasional restaurant service problems) noted but outweighed by numerous strong positives.

Excellent beachfront setting and attractive grounds, but some guests reported disturbance from nearby hotel construction and complaints about being placed in rooms far from central facilities.

Rooms described as spacious; however several guests reported problems with AC, cold/hot water inconsistency in showers, overly soft pillows and dissatisfaction with room placement and upgrade responsiveness.
