Excellent!!!

Liked:The facility is absolutely excellent. It's exactly how the pictures describe it. We loved the pools both outdoor and indoor. The one outdoor the water was a bit colder but very refreshing on a sunny day. Most of the kids and guests in general preferred the indoor pool bc the water had a fair temperature, it was not in the sun. The hot tub was amazing!!! Same sauna!!!. The lake is really nice too. They have lots of choice os kayak, paddle boats, paddle boards, boats, tennis, volleyball. Overall we really loved our stay. They provide towels all the time, the cleaning lady came in the room in the morning and took our garbage and asked if we need towels or anything else. Breakfast was ok. It's buffet. We just tried for 1 morning.

Disliked:The rooms need a bit more upgrade. The washroom didn't have ventilation. When we took a shower it was super steamy.

Over priced and under delivered.

Disliked:Room felt like we were in a dungeon. 1st floor is actually in the basement, no balcony, no outdoor access. Hotel has no elevators. Indoor pool and out door pool are old and in poor shape. $17 for breakfast of what you would normally get for free at many other hotels. $39 per day added to your bill for use of facilities is way too much. There is absolutely nothing to do in the evening or on a rainy day, no games room or pool tables etc.

I only stayed one night, and would have liked to stay longer.

Liked:I really liked the lake, the use of the boats, and pool noodle. The outdoor pool was nice, but I would have liked longer open hours. I would have liked to have a swim earlier in the morning, before breakfast, 9am was too late for opening. I didn’t have breakfast, but the girl in the restaurant, for me to get coffee, was so very friendly. I wanted non dairy for my coffee, and happy there was almond milk as an option.

Disliked:Outdoor pool opening hours. Would have liked an earlier opening time.
