Liked:Staff was friendly, room clean, location good.

Disliked:Rooms had been renovated and we're clean, but some messy touches. Wall not completely painted, etc. Windows compleyely covered with sheeting, as parts are not completed. Also, usually Marriotts have good breakfasts, but this was basic reheated microwave stuff.

Price Too High with being Under Renovation

Liked:First let me say the staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean. But, the hotel was under renovation, wish I had known before. View out the window was a construction dumpster with trash. TV had a wall mount but was sitting on the dresser. Several of the channels had no signal and could not be watched. One lamp did not work. Was a king bed with pull out sofa. Due to the design of the room you could not see the TV when sitting on half the sofa. Also, not sure how the sofa bed could have been used since a wall was blocking it. Workout room closed. Came back to room at midnight and hoped to get a night cap but bar closed up. With several other hotels in the area would not stay here again.

I was disappointed. I was not expecting this from Marriot.

Liked:Great location! Nice room but the hotel was under renovation!! Couldn’t enjoy the lobby and facilities. Some noises transiting furnitures.

Disliked:I was not informed about the renovation.
