I loved the location, but could not tolerate the noise.

Liked:The location was amazing and the building was beautifully renovated.

Disliked:The noise was just too much. I felt like I was sleeping with an 18 wheeler. The traffic noise and also I could hear full conversations from other guest. I felt there was no privacy.

This property was a great value in a perfect location with a great vibe!

Liked:The location is fabulous! We easily walked to downtown, the bath houses, shops, restaurants and the national park. The room was well-appointed, decorated well, and had a historic vibe. There is a free parking garage right next door but it might be crowded if you arrive on a Saturday like we did. There is a cool back patio that would be a great place to gather if you are traveling with a group (and it’s not 98 degrees like it was when we were there). There are about 12 rooms at the property so it’s kind of like a little boutique hotel.

Disliked:The AC was a little loud when shutting off. Also, I prefer a firmer pillow over a feather-like one. It might be nice to offer two types of pillows for the bed. The back patio furniture looks great but is not very comfortable.

Nice Place!

Liked:The room was great, and the location was perfect.

Disliked:There were dogs in the room below us that barked during the night and kept us awake, but that was the only issue. Very nice place!
