If and when we return to Hot Springs, AR we will stay here again.

Liked:The staff were all friendly in every department - front desk, breakfast area, and housekeeping. We also appreciated that when we asked the staff for recommendations for restaurants and entertainment, they knew the area well enough to give good recommendations.

Disliked:There was no outdoor pool.

It was a decent hotel room for the price.

Liked:They had different choices for breakfast each day. There was a pool. The staff was helpful and great.

Disliked:The bathroom floor wasn’t very clean. Bathrooms smelled of mildew. Pool area wasn’t very clean. Dead bugs were all in the lights above.
