Clean and friendly, my main requirements!

Liked:I didn’t realize I booked a handicapped room. It seemed like it had many amenities if needed. Very modern designs and energy friendly.

Disliked:My bed was low, but maybe that was because it was a handicapable room.

Uncomfortable stay! Learning oportunity?!

Liked:The room was big enough,confortable bed.

Disliked:The bathroom drain was clogged, it felt uncomfortable to take a shower and see the filth coming out of the drain. There was no soap what so ever, neither in the shower or the sink. I've paid 25€ extra for early check in(9am). Change rooms was an option but wasn't really offer to me at this point, don't know really why. It looked like the reseptionist was new at the job, the staff fixed the drain but not the soap, I had to wait 1 hr after I got back from the city at night to take a proper shower. There was NO communication between the reception staff. The late shift had to call to get an update about my situation with the room, they got informed about the clogged shower drain but didn't informed housekeeping about the soap...Really?!Very disappointed! I got a refund for the 25€ but this is the minimum they should've done. The only reason to stay at a hotel is to have a guaranteed clean room with ALL the amenities they promised and are included in the price. I've worked in the hospitality industry for more than 30 years and small big details like this ruin the experience for the guests.
