Average hotel but great staff

Liked:The staff were professional yet friendly and welcoming. When I told Maria I was saying the next night with a group, she made it so I didn't have to change rooms. I didn't even have to ask! :)

Disliked:The windows don't open. I understand for safety reasons but it's not great. Also, the shower floor joints are grimy and rusted and desperately need replacing. The bed was too narrow and the mattress lumpy and uncomfortable.

Liked:The lobby was very clean. The dining area and staff were very polite and clean.

Disliked:The front desk person that checked us in seemed to not understand how to help us. There’s no breakfast meat served. No juice options
