Happy with our stay

Liked:Shuttle to airport and nearby town.

Disliked:The room is a bit old fashioned but spacious. Disappointed our hotel stay can't add points to my membership due to we didn't book directly with Marriott.

Just like normal hotel and don’t feel it is Marriott

Liked:Didn’t feel it is Marriott style compared with what I travelled in other country including in mainland China, attitude is bad when I check in sounds like I troubled them too much.the staffs was busy with their work on many paper work didn’t see we were waiting to check in until I said ‘’ excuse me ….‘’ after couple minutes waiting

All prices are all-inclusive with taxes and fees. A valid credit card is required at check-in. No additional resort or service fees will apply.

Important Information

The credit card used for reservation must be presented upon check-in. The name on the credit card must match the guest's name checking in. Please note that for nonrefundable bookings, guests cannot change guest names and stay period. Kindly be informed that the hotel offers complimentary airport shuttle bus service every 30 minutes from 05:15 to 00:45. The bus ride is approximately 5 minutes. Effective 23 September, guests in need please proceed to Terminal 2 Coach Station Bays 9-15 for Airport Shuttle pick-up, or contact the hotel's Airport Representative at B05 Marriott Counter in Terminal 1 for assistance. Kindly note that parking charge is HKD 100 for minimum 2 hour and additional hour is HKD 50. Special overnight parking rate for hotel guest, charge HKD 300 for 24-hour. The single-use plastic ban relevant to the hotel industry has been implemented. The initiative aims to promote eco-friendliness and encourages travelers to bring their toiletries. To comply with the regulation, only canned water, bamboo dental kits and residential bath amenities are provided.
