Liked:We loved the quite space, the whole house was surrounded by plants, butterflies, and lizards! Super pet friendly, and if you have neighbors their close enough to interact with but still far enough away to enjoy your own space!

Disliked:The bed was a little weird, dont know if its older so one side is sinking or if the floor is just slanted so you roll to one side in your sleep lol

Comfortable cottage for home base

Liked:The cottage still has the feel of new construction and was very clean. The space is compact with everything we needed including stove and refrigerator. The outdoor seating is park like. The location is central to the Keys, Everglades, and Miami so was a home base for multiple days.

Disliked:Cast iron skillet option to non stick fry pans

Great place for an overnight stay, just bring allergy meds if needed

Liked:This is a great place to stay and the only reason I couldn’t put 10/10 is because I’m allergic to cats even though I love them. It’s extremely comfortable, clean and safe for an overnight stay and if I knew about the cat smells, I would have taken an allergy pill.

Disliked:As I stated before, I’m allergic to cats and wish I had known about this beforehand. The cat is adorable though. I had just returned from primitive camping 4 days in the Dry Tortugas and needed a place to crash in the middle of a long drive home from that. I arrived after dark pretty exhausted and didn’t have any allergy medication that was highly needed for this because of the smell. In their defense, it’s hard to smell this if you’re used to it or have kitties. I wish I wasn’t like this and loved that sweet and friendly cat, but when I finally got home I had to dose myself to get the hives down.

Great accommodation with potential

Liked:The privacy & next to the attractions in this area & grocery, restaurants.. Also the owner was very friendly. The style of the house is really nice (furniture, stoneware floor..).

Disliked:The cleanness wasn’t our standard. Especially the kitchen (we decided not to use) & something is wrong with the bathroom. We can’t surely locate, but something is with the sink or the furniture down..the smell was bad. Maybe one more wish: more towels.
