Pleasant stop between the Keys and the Everglades

Liked:Convenient location, lovely staff

Disliked:We booked bed & sofa bed but the sofa bed was not made up and housekeeping had finished for the day so we had to make the bed up ourselves

We had a great experience at the Hampton inn.

Liked:We loved the pool and was an ideal location for the sightseeing we had planned. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Thank you for a great stay.

Disliked:In the afternoon and evening the coffee was cold. ☹️

Nice hotel with spacious rooms

Liked:The room was big and nice. The bed and the sofa bed were comfortable. The breakfast was good with some variety. Everything was very clean.

Disliked:There were no blankets or additional pillows for the sofa bed in the room. We tried to call the front desk but it was very late at night and nobody answered. Make sure to grab the blankets when checking in if you are going to use the sofa bed.

Clean + centrally located rooms, but key card need to be modernized ASAP!

Liked:Really friendly staff, clean room, as well as a tasty variety of hot and cold continental breakfast items.

Disliked:They DESPERATELY need to modernize their key card system. My card de-magnetized numerous times even when it was in a different pocket than my keys and credit cards. Having to come back down to the lobby about once a day because of this issue was very annoying. Otherwise, loved it!
