Liked:Eye watering prices at the bar, horrible not freshly cooked dinner, unprofessional with “we couldn’t care less” attitude reception staff. The worst Radisson I’ve ever stayed!

Disliked:The bar for getting a food order, food was fine just the process of ordering meant waiting at the bar until one of the staff was free to give s menu then repeat the process to order

Okay - Served its' purpose

Liked:The room was good and clean. Location was where it needed to be - close the LHR.

Disliked:Only instant coffee in the room - there was coffee downstairs for a price. The bar restaurant was not that great with the good being only just mediocre.
