Liked:Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing to formally raise a serious concern following a very unsettling experience at your hotel bar last night. My daughter and I were seated in the bar when a man began staring at us in a way that immediately made us feel uncomfortable. His behaviour then escalated — he repeatedly left and returned, continued watching us, and subsequently followed me to the bar area. Most concerningly, he then positioned himself near my daughter’s table while I was away from her. At this point, we felt sufficiently alarmed to leave the area and report the situation to reception. As soon as we did so, the individual immediately left the hotel in a hurried manner, and security followed him. This experience was extremely distressing, particularly as I was with my daughter. We did not feel safe, and it is deeply concerning that such behaviour was able to continue without intervention. I would like to understand: • What security measures are in place in your bar area to monitor and respond to situations like this • Whether CCTV footage will be reviewed following our report • What actions will be taken to ensure the safety of guests going forward I would also appreciate confirmation that this incident has been formally logged and is being taken seriously. We chose to stay at your hotel expecting a safe and secure environment, and unfortunately this experience fell well below that expectation. I look forward to your prompt response.
