Overall a wonderful stay

Liked:Location was gorgeous and very quiet. The place is very clean and the staff including the owners, were absolutely incredible! It was such an unique experience and walking the grounds was very relaxing. It's not very far from Helen GA, were you will find many stores and restaurants in the cute Bavarian themed town!

Disliked:the mattress was like concrete ( owner made aware) and the breakfasts could have been better.

Fantastic,peacful,beautiful and knowledgeable

Liked:The Staff was excellent and meet all our needs. The grounds were amazing and beautiful. Bob the owner was a great inspiration and fun to talk to. It was a very unique place for the Georgia Mountains and a great addition to the magic of Helen.

Excellent

Liked:Very friendly staff. Kat was the BEST! Told her it was my 40th anniversary and she left sparkling apple juice and chocolate covered strawberries in our room. The owner, Bob, engages with guests at breakfast. We enjoyed hearing stories about his very interesting life. Grounds and the castle is just beautiful! We loved our stay! The quiet, peaceful atmosphere was very relaxing.

Disliked:We loved everything but wish maybe the bed wasn't quite so firm, although that may be to some people's liking. Also, no TV but it we didn't need one, plus that is part of the charm of being in a castle (and quietness)
