Room was a show box other room was fine.

Liked:The family room I ordered was big enough for all of us. The description did not show that. The other room was a box . Felt like I was traveling in space as it was so small.

Disliked:The room was so tiny it felt like a shoe box. The second room we had was fine but the description did not say it. I paid for an extra shoe box room

Beautiful stay

Liked:The building is purely amazing. The staff were so friendly and welcoming and the size of the room was beyond expectations! Plus the famous breakfast was the cherry on top of the cake. Highly recommended

2 nights in Heidelberg

Liked:We chose the NH due to its proximity to the station and the old town. It is about a 10-15 min walk to the edge of the old town and 30 mins to the market square. Our room was spacious, well lit, clean with a small balcony ( which we didn’t use unfortunately). The bathroom was well appointed but the shower was over the bath and not as powerful as we would have liked. All the staff were very welcoming and helpful. Breakfast selection was excellent with a wide choice plus options that you could order. We had a cocktail in the bar on one evening and they were excellent.
