shocking & avoid the place

Liked:Nothing - we had the change our reservation there and thank god it was only for 1 night. After the guy at check-in had spoken to the reservations team I was told we would get a refund for the unused nights - I am still waiting!!

Disliked:the location is poor and facilities are even poorer. The room we were allocated did not have a marina view and had a strong smell of damp. I would not stay there ever again....

Disliked:I find you could of gone to the table and your own tea 2.I find it should have a sign from by the steps if you not Dinning don't pass throw.

Liked:Very good breakfast, helpful and happy staff. Shuttle bus between sister hotels, town and beach. Spacious rooms, good pool area, lovely little souvenir shop

Disliked:The 'voluntary' charitable donation that was added to the bill without explanation - happy to pay it but left an awkward feeling for questioning it.
