Cancellation
Cancellation terms vary by rate. Flexible rates allow free cancellation up to 24â48 hours before arrival. Non-refundable rates cannot be canceled or modified.
Payment
Prices include the taxes and fees paid when you book. Some hotels charge a resort, city or service fee on arrival; where they do, the amount is shown with each room and at checkout. A valid credit card is required at check-in.
Important Information
All children from 2 to 12 years are charged 50 % of the room stay per night per person when using existing beds. When booking more than 6 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply. The reservations will be charged in full after 3 days of booking made. Sanit LuciaÂŽs Tourism Levy is $6 USD per person/per night for all guests 18 years of age and older and $3 USD per person per night for guests aged 12 to 17 years old. The fee will not apply to children under 12 years. The fee applies to all new arrivals regardless of the booking date and will be collected by credit card payment upon check-in at the hotel. $300 USD in Resort Credits valid for non diamond club rooms & $600 USD in Resort Credits valid for diamond club rooms (Royalton, Royalton Chic & Hideaway brands). Resort Credits are subject to 3 nights minimum length of stay. A deposit may be required at the property.
