Could do better with making the necessary upgrades to the property

Liked:Breakfast was great - Staff was great and helpful But seem the staff wasn't happy working there

Disliked:We had to struggle getting and Upper Floor with Front Desk Staff which I requested 2 months in advance. Do have to say after the misunderstanding we finally got a great room. But I have to say The Resort needs a little TLC - Upgrading lots of old spots that need to be address - example the pool tile has cracks, the chassis lounge chairs are very uncomfortable. The hand Rails though out have been painted so much that you have mold growing. Your Pool side towel service was unacceptable no one to get or return tools had to go to the front desk a number of times. Also on last night of stay our A/C went out and we had no A/C for the night and the bedroom got very warm

Liked:Staff was amazing- food was amazing and location was great and right on the beach.

Disliked:Didn’t like it when there was a lot of Ferry guest coming onto the beach and took over it. We was on the beach early one day and then about 10:30 a group came in and put their sun beds right up next to ours which I mean they where touching together. Think the hotel just needs an upgrade. But would visit again has the positives outweighed the negatives.

Liked:Everything! If you can put digital alarm ⏰️ clocks by the bedheads in the bedrooms that would be great. Thank you!

Disliked:No alarm clock with display time and no mat in front the toilet. I laterally fell!
