Liked:The location was fantastic, and our balcony had spectacular mountain views. The staff were incredibly attentive and kind, helping us settle into the room and even pointing out the surrounding mountains from the balcony. The free shuttle service to and from the station was very convenient, even when arranged at the last minute. The spa was also lovely and a great place to relax.

Disliked:The room felt a little dated and could benefit from some updating, especially considering the price

A nice traditional hotel with great staff but needs improving.

Liked:The staff and the location. Clean and tidy rooms. Great car parking

Disliked:A very traditional hotel that needs modernity. Air conditioning and more up to date fixtures and fittings. The dining room is desperately in need of updating and improving the lighting. This was the most expensive hotel we stayed in and we had basic rooms at nearly £500/night so it wasn’t great value.
