Good quality but poor value

Liked:Hotel was visually appealing and clean.

Disliked:Room was tiny, breakfast was not amazing, felt like this was a bare bones hotel with not many amenities yet more expensive than other options with amenities.

Everything was wonderful!

Liked:Our room, bathroom, breakfast, parking, location, and pet-friendly.

Disliked:The shower door did not close completely. I did not report it because we made it work.

Room wasnt ready, Comforter was dirty. Billed incorrectly. Simone fixed billing issue luckily.

Liked:The location was quick to where we needed to get to.

Disliked:Front desk staff when we check in was unhelpful and could use more training on customer service!! The overnight and morning front desk staff were very helpful, especially Simone. Mia, not so much.
