Year 4 for our tennis group and a great overall stay for the US OPEN.

Liked:Great location to the train, the US Open and Great Neck. Boutique hotel with breakfast and parking. Safe and nice. Restaurant was good and they set up to watch tennis in the lounge. Very nice. Staff was great.

Disliked:They didn't clean our room on day 2 and there was no housekeeping available. Fixed the next day.

Not the best for a wedding

Liked:Booked a block of rooms for wedding months ago and not well organized from start. Charging guest wrong rates until we questioned them, misinformation about transportation and amenities. At the very last moment learned there was « no brunch » for guest, learned that this was separate cost, we would have been happy to pay and arrange from day one. Some guests complained rooms were not clean.
