Liked:It was clean.

Disliked:The parking was a struggle. The lot was small and cramped. Our room always ended up smelling like cigarette smoke.

Liked:Excellent for the price. We had tickets to a concert at the Rose Bowl. Convenient location. Enjoyed the lavender lights in the multi level ceiling fixture. Nice calm ambiance ! thank you

Liked:The room was ok….some areas like the floor were not clean. Location was good, room was private. Housekeeping staff was nice.

Disliked:Staff at front desk(owners) could be very difficult to deal with. Sometimes making it difficult and stressful when I had to extend my stay, I was looking for an apartment in the area and stayed over a week. I had to give a $50 security deposit which I still have not gotten back despite my room being inspected at check out and everything was fine in my room. Definitely felt very stressed, always having woman at front desk talking about my room changing to a smoking room every time I extended, and I have trouble with stairs because of my back and knee and needed the ground floor. It was difficult to make this woman understand that I could not manage stairs. This woman was rude to me generally and very unpleasant. Was very happy to leave and I don’t recommend for stays over a day or two.
