Unsafe and noisy

Liked:Thin walls, so noisy outside I could sleep. If you want a night of rest do NOT stay here! I felt incredibly unsafe and would recommend this hotel to my worst enemy!

Excellent Experience Again

Liked:We've stayed repeatedly at this hotel and have always had an excellent experience. The staff is cheerful and responsive. Importantly, the hotel offers accessible *roll-in* showers. There is a nice coffee shop, a Trader Joe's and a Walgreens across the street.

Overall an OK Stay

Liked:The LA area is hit and miss for hotels at a reasonable price point. I have yet to find the perfect combination. The Hilton Glendale is a good example: staff is excellent, hotel is well located for the Glendale/Pasadena area, lobby is functional and well maintained, surrounding grounds are nice, breakfast was good. The negatives: hotel parking spaces are tight, rooms did not have a full length mirror, water pressure in the shower was very weak and inconsistent, HVAC needed upgrading, rooms could use a refresh. In conclusion, although we had a number of issues, the staff was very responsive and did their best to correct.
