Communication problem

Disliked:We didn't get to stay there, turned up at 2155 but it was all locked up, no lights on, nowhere to park so had to book in to Premier inn Gillingham at another £95 for one room first me and my son. It wasn't till the morning that I saw an email from mirandas place saying that no-one would be at the house to let us in and there was a key somewhere to let us into the house. It would have been nice to have known that some days beforehand but as it stands, I paid double to stay in Gillingham that night so can't say that I was happy about it. The communication was too late and needs to be better and upfront before we even set off from home. My son sent an email asking what the latest time of checking in was sent from his email address earlier in the evening so we were waiting for a response answer back on his phone but the response was sent back to my email address which is why I didn't notice it. So. £90 lost.

Great stay, easy access, excellent customer service from Leonard, really helpful. Would stay again.

Disliked:Pillows were too firm, but thats just my opinion. Would be good to have a softer option also.

Enjoyable stay

Liked:We met Leonard upon arrival who kindly showed us around the house. It was clear a lot of care went into keeping the space clean and fresh and we were grateful to have been welcomed with such warmth. The room was spacious and clean which made it feel comfortable and relaxing. There was plenty of space in the kitchen to have meals and make dinner which was ideal after a day of travels. We really enjoyed our stay and were happy to have spent our time there. Thanks for making it a pleasant experience!
