Liked:The bathroom was very clean.

Disliked:Upon arrival it wasn't very clean. The carpet was dirty and hadn't been hoovered properly despite there being a hoover at property. There was dust on most of the surfaces and dirt and items left inside bedroom drawers from previous users. One of the beds seemed to be broken but they had just spread the slats wider which made the top of mattress dip which was annoying and not comfortable. When we lifted mattress to readjust slats there was lots of rubbish and dust under bed. I found toenail clippings on carpet in upstairs bedroom. Also it isn't 3 separate bedrooms as such. The bedroom with single bed is connected to the main bedroom so you have to walk through double bedroom for access. Not much privacy. The windows were dirty,smudged and cloudy and aerial wires sticking out the wall. The garden was full of black bin bags of rubbish. Which didn't smell great in the heat and was an eyesore. Don't think it was worth the asking pricd and defo not value for money. Honestly think it was over priced.

Liked:Really clean and tidy, facilities like the decent smart tv with Netflix loaded was great. We had a pet so easy for them to run around outside and secure. Comfortable quality bed and bedding. Around the corner from our relatives and close to affordable self catering essentials. Parking provided (does get busy on the street but neighbouring streets are less busy and permit still valid). Nearby park for our daughter. The owner was really friendly and accommodating and made the trip really easy. They had put a few decorations up which was really cute too.

Disliked:Very well equipped with tea and coffee and some cupboard spices and ingredients. However a pair of scissors or sharper knife would have been useful for preparing food, although this is probably a health and safety thing for a guess. So people may want to pack their own. Also just as someone with a mobility disability it's probably right to point out it is an older constructed terrace and the steps to the bedrooms are short depth wise and a little steep. Also if the house was full there's only a space at the table for 4, but granted this may have been adapted to suit our party. But only 4 chairs provided. These are more advisories than complaints though its a lovely little house
