Loved it :) would definitely book again :)

Liked:The pool was excellent and the room was spacious and nice and the oatmeal cookies were a hit!

Disliked:there was long dark hairs all over the bathroom.

It was an ok stay.

Liked:The beds were very comfortable.

Disliked:Our check in process was halted due to the room not cleaned. Waited an extra 30-45 minutes to finally check in. My family and I were a bit tired from our 4 hour drive. Our room had poor lighting.

Recently Renovated: Doubletree by Hilton Gilbert, Arizona

Liked:We were a bit hesitant about booking this hotel based on the reviews however, trusting the Doubletree brand we took a chance due to its convenient location. Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted by David at reception. He was courteous and professional, going out of his way to make us, Diamond members feel welcomed. The renovation was complete and looks inviting. Ambiance was simple, clean modern. Decor was more upscale than anticipated with comfortable bedding and furnishings. Having everything we needed for a comfortable weekend including two pools a hot-tub and an outdoor resort like atmosphere without the fees. Food: Having only breakfast, except for the scrumptious, welcome cookies, and refreshing fruit flavored water, I can say that breakfast was reasonably priced and satisfying. There was a 24 hour sundry and snack area that offered light meals, snacks, beverages, and even wine/beer. So why not a five star review? Well, it was noisy. Not so much the hotels shortfall, more the fault of other guests; talking loudly in the hall and consistently slamming their door. Would I return? Yes, prepared with earplugs.
