Comfortable stay, extensive breakfast and great location

Liked:We received very simple instructions on arrival that allowed us to check in on our own which helped as we arrived quite late from our trip to Turin. We woke up to a very extensive selection of cakes and cold meats for breakfast which was excellent.

Use WhatsApp to communicate with the landlady and you’ll be in good hands

Liked:Wonderful place as long as you have WhatsApp to text Elena, the landlady. She uses only WhatsApp or you can email her. Location is perfect to see sites in Genoa’s Old Town. Breakfast is good and so is her coffee. We stayed in an apartment for five nights.

Unusual and very good B&B

Liked:This is actually an unusual place. It is a B&B that feels quite well run but also with a personal touch. Each room has its own bathroom but on the other side of a hallway and not en suite. This works remarkably well and probably made the transformation of the apartment to B&B much easier. It also means that the rooms are bigger and more harmonious than they would otherwise have been. I used it for a conference trip largely because most hotels had been booked. Arguably, it is a place better suited to tourists, but I really enjoyed the spacious room and the very good breakfast despite the fact that the room was probably intended for a couple on vacation. The host is very pleasant and was happy to chat or help. Finally, the location seems perfect for Genoa. It is very close to Piazza de Ferrari.

Lovely

Liked:What a nice place. Centrally located, sparklingly clean, friendly host and excellent breakfast. We stayed for two days and as we had to leave early on the second day Elena, our host, gave us some tea bags, a kettle, milk, cake and fruit so that we could have something to eat/drink in our room before we left. The room was clean and spacious and although the shower and toilet were across the corridor, this was not a problem as it was exclusive to our accommodation. All in all a brilliant place to stay.
