Felt like home to a trip

Liked:Located in the heart of the city, with friendly and highly helpful staff and an always-available cappuccino to start your day. A minor issue was the washing room where the payment system is a hassle, but that was resolved with help from the reception

Excellent customer service!

Liked:We spent 3 nights at this hotel. Found it to be in a great location for walking to many different places. The front desk was so helpful...providing directions and accommodating us with additional pillows and a blanket. Breakfast buffet was wonderful. Great selection of food and they refilled it constantly. My only complaint was the laundry...maybe add some instructions in English. My laundry took 4 hours to dry because I choose the wrong category. If we ever travel back to Genoa, will definitely rebook.
