Staff were extremely helpful, we are on a a European trip and I had nail in a tyre, I didn’t know where to go to get it

Liked:When I booked I chose a classic room, which was a mistake as it over looked the main road I went to reception and they managed to upgrade us to a lake/pool view at minimal cost.

Beautiful Location and Relaxing Atmosphere

Liked:We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. We arrived quite early and were very happy that an early check-in was possible. The hotel is located in a beautiful historic building and has a very elegant and authentic atmosphere. The staff at reception and at breakfast were always friendly and welcoming. One of the highlights of our stay was the swimming pool. We spent many hours relaxing there. The water was pleasantly warm, and we really enjoyed lying on the sun loungers and ordering drinks from the bar. Breakfast was also very good, with a nice variety of options and good-quality products. It was especially lovely to sit outside and enjoy the beautiful views of the lake. The location of the hotel is excellent — very central and close to the lake. Having covered parking right next to the hotel was also a big plus. We also enjoyed the beautiful terrace with stunning views of the lake and the mountains. In the evening, there was live music with a singer performing both international and Italian songs, which created a very pleasant atmosphere. Overall, we had a wonderful and relaxing stay and would definitely be happy to return in the future.

Liked:Good location, room with terrace with lake view are like the pictures. Good option for dinner around. Easy parking. Breakfast is good too with several options. Globally a good experience
