Hardly a 4* experience

Liked:Location. Room.

Disliked:The pool area was very poorly organized and poolside service was hard to find. Having to bring wet pool towels up to reception each day was a unique experience.

Beautiful, elegant hotel with kind staff and good amenities.

Liked:Nicely placed right on the promenade and lake. Staff were kind and helpful. Great pool area and beautiful setting for breakfast.

Disliked:No direct lake access for swimming, had to walk quite a ways to go swim. Power went out twice during the stay which was inconvenient because there was a heat wave and we had no AC!

All in all, it was not a 4-star hotel.

Liked:The location was very good. But the hotel was old and not well maintained. The A/C went off many times while the heat wave was aweful. The pool bar was not staffed. The restaurant closed at 9pm. Breakfast is ok but only buffet.
