Liked:Not Great location, and very expensive parking and poor luggage service

Disliked:The parking is very expensive, and the parking area is quite far from the hotel. Unfortunately, there is no convenient luggage service or assistance available, despite the hotel being very large. You are essentially expected to manage and carry your own luggage from the distant parking area to your room. Considering the amount you already pay for parking, I would expect at least some assistance with luggage. This is quite different from the level of service you would normally expect at large hotels in many other parts of the world. My advice: be careful when choosing a hotel here. You will likely pay a significant amount for parking either way, so you may be better off choosing a smaller hotel closer to the city, where you can park nearby and carry your luggage a much shorter distance. The location is excellent, but the additional parking cost and lack of basic luggage assistance significantly affected my experience.

Very good value for money.

Liked:Very easy to find it, and the secured car park. Very big room with little kitchen equipped with a lot of things to cook, even dishwasher and electric hob. Big bathroom with everything in it.

Disliked:Cleanliness and quiet.

Very good hotel for fc game.

Liked:We came to go to the Allianz arena. So it’s perfectly located for us. The room was spacious and clean. The air con worked well. The breakfast was very good. Fitness studio ok for a hotel. All in all a good stay.

Disliked:The restaurant was really expensive for what you get. 15 euros for a backed potatoe is a bit excessive also quality not amazing. Or 18.50 for a season salad excluding the chicken (+8.50!) is also really expensive especially for what you get. That’s the only thing I have to criticise about our stay. Better to order something or go elsewhere to eat.
