Rock-Star Treatment!!!!

Liked:My husband and myself arrived and were quickly greeted by a young man whose last name is Blue. He insisted on helping us unload and helped me get everything up to our room and then bring it all in the room. He was so kind and personable! He was just the first of many wonderful employees. Then we were helped by Brandon at the front desk. He took the time to help us figure out how to resolve a checking in issue and was so patient & understanding. He then knew me by name when I had questions later in the day. Then when I was at the pool, Macy, my server. I was having a difficult time finding what I could order to due health restrictions and she immediately said “we can do whatever you need”. She proceeded to give me ideas of how to tweak things to fit my dietary requirements. Then she made a special non-alcoholic, fat-free & carb free healthy drink just for me! She continued to check on me and engaged in conversations with me when she didn’t have to. Then Caleb helped me find the correct area to be by the pool. All I saw was “adults only” and missed the part of for individuals who paid extra for a cabana. He ever so kindly and graciously helped me understand in a patient and understanding way. He helped me find another spot and get all set up. He could have been very stern and direct when informing me of my error, but he didn’t. I know there will be more individuals we will meet that are truly rock-star employees, but these are just a few from our first 10 hours here. I have never been here before, but I truly want to come back because of the beauty inside and out-BUT even more so because the people who work here are some of the best in the business!! I am not a millionaire, but they made me feel so important and special. Truly the best place to come for any type of get away!! You won’t regret it!!

Probably won’t stay there again due to being put a room setup we didn’t know about or ok it, which ruined our night beca

Liked:Loved the property.

Disliked:We were given an adjoining room which we didn’t request and not asked if it was ok when we checked in. There was a sorority get together that night, and the adjoining room was given to four women, that were very loud from about 10:00PM until early hours of the morning. We complained and nothing was done about it.

Would HIGHLY recommend paying the money and staying here if u can

Liked:This is my new favorite hotel. The location is perfect for me.. right acrossed the street from the beach.. there’s not a lot of people that are not guests hanging around the property or the pool so I feel safe staff is beyond professional room service was hit and fresh when it arrived to my room at 11pm laundry was fresh pressed and completed by early morning for us to start a new day swimming pool was so clean and warm and the servers around the pool bring u food and drinks promptly Krogers and many restaurants within walking distance to the hotel

Disliked:They don’t have access to golf carts or e-bikes
