Wonderful thanks to the management and the pillow fiasco.

Liked:Clean restaurant was amazing .. wait staff were fabulous
Disliked:I forgot my pillow and called after departing they couldn’t find it. We returned to stay again a day later and had to get the manager to retrieve the pillow. Pillowcase was missing but I got the pillow back.

Disliked:We checked into the hotel today and specifically booked an ocean view room so we could enjoy the balcony in the evening. However, from the room we were given, the ocean is barely visible from the side. When seated, the only view is the parking area, which was disappointing. My husband kindly went to the front desk to request a room change. Unfortunately, the staff member assisting him was quite rude. She told him in an unfriendly manner to “step aside and wait over there” so she could help the next guest. My husband chose not to respond and remained polite, but this behavior is not acceptable. We were later given a room on the 4th floor with a similar angle, though at least it is slightly higher. We visit Galveston frequently due to its proximity, but we have never encountered such treatment anywhere in the world. This experience does not reflect the quality we expect from a Hilton property. I wanted to share this feedback, as it seems there may be a lack of proper staff training.
