Liked:Very dated and run down. Not what I expect from a Hilton property. We had 2 rooms. First room the tv remote didn’t work, the thermostat didn’t work, the ironing board was broken, we had to jiggle the toilet handle every time we flushed it. The second room was slightly better, but had rust growing on the lampshade, and every time the air conditioner popped on, it sounded like a 737 taking off. The hotel only has one elevator that is quite slow. If you’re staying pre cruise, expect to lug your luggage down the stairway or wait a long time for an elevator with enough room. The entire hotel smelled musty and needs a serious update. Paid almost $350 per room for one night. Definitely not worth it.

It was wonderful. It was the best trip ever. I loved the hotel. Loved everything about the trip.

Great Time

Liked:I normally don't write reviews but I had a great experience at this hotel. Check in was smooth the rooms were okay. We decided to eat at the restaurant inside and let me tell you our experience was relaxed and comfortable. The staff was on it every time we needed anything. Service was great, food was excellent. Especially, I want give a shout out to, I believe the name of the gentleman was Sky. He was so courteous and friendly and prompt. He made us laugh during our time there. Thanks for a great experience and we will be back

This property does not represent the brand well.

Liked:The location was good. The layout of the pool with the swim up bar looked great.

Disliked:The staff was really slow to respond. We were locked out of our room because of a failed door access system. They ended up changing our room. The coffee machine in the new room was broken. The pool was really dirty. There is a general lack of maintenance.
