Pleasant but yet disappointing!!

Liked:Easy access and not too crowded .

Disliked:The lack of parking space, and not much variety for breakfast, same breakfast 3 days in a row!!

Liked:I had somewhere to stay after I got there!!! I was MAD....

Disliked:This wasn't the right one. When I booked it showed a View/ balcony.

Clean and Wonderful Customer Service

Liked:The rooms were very clean I was worried because many of the reviews made it seem bad. The front desk staff was kind and amazing. Elizabeth was very welcoming and had phenomenal customer service. I appreciate the Free Cruise parking.

Disliked:The washing machine and dryer takes quarters and the front staff didnt have any change. They need to be updated because once we got change they didnt work.
