Improvements on the hotel were great, but the staff needs to be more aware.

Liked:The parking is horrendous. A handful in the front. And those were taken up by the workers working in the hotel. We were not informed they were working on every floor. There was banging until after 9. And then they let vagrants come in and hang out in the lobby all day.

GM was very rude! The worst customer service ever

Liked:I’m very sad on how I was treated today by the Gm at holiday inn express in Fultondale Alabama. I was appalled by the customer service that I received. I pray that they do better. I work for IHG and Our GM is wonderful. He would have never spoke to a guest the way I was talked to. I cancelled my reservation for this location. No one could pay me to stay there. I booked through someone else. I will pay for good customer service

Great stay

Liked:Very pleased with our stay here. We had a very clean room. There is lots of parking. The hotel is in a safe area and right off the highway. Very centrally located to lots of attractions we went to. The heated pool was a big hit with the kids as it was chilly out.

Baseball Tournament

Liked:Clean,quiet,slept great,decent breakfast,good service.What is there not to like.Was in town for a baseball tournament.There was plenty of parking but could use some bigger spots because we were in a school bus.Check in went very smooth.
