Disliked:The stay was ruined when we got up to get ready to go to the hospital for a procedure and there was a live roach bug crawling along the seam of the small sofa in the room. I did tell the clerk at the front desk but he did not act surprised or interested at all in the information. Very disappointing, this was the second time in the past couple of months we had stayed at this property because of very early appointments at UAB. This review is a few days late, but the morning this happened we left the property around 4am and I had surgery later that morning. Very sad that when I addressed it with the clerk there was absolutely no response, just barely nodded his head.

It was a very nice place to stay for a quick visit

Liked:It was very clean and staff was friendly

Disliked:The bed was at a slant rolling like sideways from being unlevel and pillows was way to little and flat. But mattress was comfortable.
