Disliked:They changed the date of my stay trying to cover up owing me money. I booked from July 2-5 then paid an extra day (the 6th). Now the date is saying July 1-4th smh. I can most definitely prove I did not book for July 1-4, then stayed until the 6th. Beware, I see some fraudulent activity going on. They would rather try to cover it up than do the right thing and give me back my money. It’s sad how hateful people are in this world. I most definitely will not stop until I get my money back!!!

Check your statement prior to leaving

Liked:I mistakenly booked a day short. I wanted to book from July 2-6 but booked July 2-5. Thinking I had the room for an extra night; They did not put us out of the room and gave me an opportunity to pay. I paid through booking.com

Disliked:After I checked out, the charged my debit card without my authorization for a night that I had already paid for. They stole my money!!! They double charged me for one night and won’t give me back my money. Check your statement before checking out. I have been waiting on them to work with me about giving me my money back for weeks now. But now I have to report them as fraud.
