Liked:NOTHING!!!Did not like prepayment through booking.com on sept 30, 2025, and when I arrived for my schedule stay feb17 -20 2026 for my nieces wedding. I was told by the supervisor my room was sold and that booking .com overbooked, sorry. I was also told I would be receiving my money back and that the supervisor would be working on it. I have been trying to reach out to a mgr who spoke to Bernard, and Ebony was told mgr wasn't in.

Disliked:Terrible that I had to miss the Rehersal Dinner and family dinner.
