Disgusting, but the breakfast gal made up for it!

Liked:I have to say that the front desk did as much as they could to accommodate us. Also, BIG SHOUTOUT to the fabulously friendly and attentive gal manning the breakfast area. You could tell she was trying her best(and succeeding!) at making the otherwise lackluster and gross place something more than what it was. She deserves a raise….a big one!

Disliked:Our first room we went into was so dirty, with some kind of shmeg along the edge if the floors, dog hair in and on the sheets of the bed and hair on the floors. So we asked for another room. Because we booked with Booking.com we could not cancel our stay, so we were given a king room(we were supposed to have a double queen) for no extra charge. A bit better, but there was still a pile of chip crumbs between the bed and the nightstand(so gross)! Really dirty with gross people sitting outside smoking where I had to walk by and get second hand smoked on. Really dirty with people smoking at the entry, filling the air with tons of second hand smoke. Honestly, I think any positively glowing review about this place is fake. I’ve travelled all over Europe, US and Latin America, and have never had to stay in such a nasty place as this.
