AVOID AT ALL COST!!!! Shouldn't even get a Star. Horrible. Paid my money and then couldn't get into the property

Disliked:Everything. The whole process was awful. They cancelled my accommodation due to "maintenance". But was able to rebook it again at a more expensive price. They sent me the information on how to get into the property. At 1am in the morning all the codes were not working. I was left stranded and had to drive back home. They didn't respond to any of my messages and their telephone number in record is a non working number. Booking.com was not helpful either- offering me approximately £50 to rebooked accommodation for 2 nights when all accommodation was sold out and what was on offer was way too expensive. I was left stranded and vulnerable. Put at risk. Had to drive home and take naps in the car. With what should have been a birthday weekend celebration. Completely ruined it for me.

Disliked:The provider changed the booking for a 2 Bedroom Apartment to a 1 Bedroom Apartment which had two single beds in its only bedroom. They claimed that this was the same as a 2 Bedroom Apartment. When I complained the owner, Simon de Havilland, called me a "f***ing c***t" and threatened me. The property is surrounded by vagrants who use the communal entrances which are littered with their rubbish. The door codes are easy sequential numbers which would take a child 10 seconds to guess. This is a wholly disreputable accommodation provider and should be avoided at all costs.

Disliked:Never got into the apartment as the key was not in the key safe. Had to find alternative accommodation. The entrance was shabby. There was a whole in the wall leading to the stairs. Lights up the stairs didn't work. Had to use the torch on the phone to see where I was going. No comment regarding the inside of the apartment as I never got inside. Phoned the number available but no one answered. Sent a text and it bounced back. All quite shocking really. To stay at Flitwick Manor was the same price, so by the state of the outside I'm guessing it is also over priced. Clearly, I would like my money back!
