Liked:Excellent hospitality! Excellent location and services! Great Breakfast . Ginger Thai restaurant served excellent food!

Great hotel with good beach access and nice view.

Liked:Buffet had a good variety of options to choose from. Both pools are heated which is great. Very nice beach with good view of Le Morne. Room was spacious and modern. Staff was very nice, everyone very welcoming. Water equipment was of good quality (padel boats, kayaks).

Disliked:Some staff at buffet was not very knowledge about food offered. Sometimes some of the food offered at buffet could have been seasoned better.

Liked:We were on half board unfortunately most of the facilities and food were with supplement. We had dinner at the Indian restaurant and the food served with supplement price were not to our expectation. When we returned in our room we found chockroch and have to call room service to do pest control. On booking.com site we were asked to choose our room. We could not do so and on our arrival at check in we were asked to pay for supplement. The wifi were not stable all through the hotel site. Moving from our room to the hotel reception, restaurants or other hotel site you loose the wifi and need to reset.

Disliked:Hotel have to review their terms and conditions for those clients booking on half board basis. (e.g) at the restaurants most of the menus were with supplements and facilities offered were payable such as the room bar.

Enjoyable mid-class resort in the west of the island

Liked:Everything was great, from the room to the food to the beach. The color of the ocean and the staff. it was a spontaneous arrive yet it was beyond expectation.
