Dirty and vetuste apartment without AC

Liked:Staff was nice. Clean bedsheets. 2 coffee pods for 4 adults: too bad the machine was not working.

Disliked:The apartment was filthy. Carpeted floor was disgustingly stained all over. Kitchen was way overdue refurbishing. AC not functional. Coffee machine was not working. On top of it they dare charging 10€ per hour for early checkin (what for? Not for cleaning obviously).
