Very friendly and helpful staff, but outdated place that requires major renovations

Liked:Best part of the hotel: the staff. They're all very friendly, hard-working and helpful. My lower rating doesn't have anything to do with them. Also generally clean and nice swimming pool and gym - got all you need!

Disliked:The hotel is outdated and needs major renovations. Hotel rooms have an Eastern European cold war vibe with a spooky table with chair placed strangely in the room. Had to replace my access card eight (!) times due to malfunctioning, which was very inconvenient. Toilet didn't flush well. Shower had cold water.

A convenient stay near the airport with very helpful staff, though the rooms could use a renovation.

Liked:Résidence la Réserve Genève Ferney Voltaire is an acceptable accommodation, ideal if you want to stay near the Geneva airport. The location is extremely convenient for travelers, and the staff was very helpful and willing to assist.

Disliked:Τhe facilities and rooms are quite dated, and a renovation would be good. It covers basic needs for a short stay.
