Just ok service

Liked:Clean, HUGE pool which was very nice. Food at the buffet was top notch!

Disliked:Waited in a very long line to check in and waited about an hour AFTER CHRCK IN TIME. The quote for my reservation was way under what check in “fee” was and I had to advocate for myself regarding my reservation on booking so I wouldn’t be overcharged. Cars to the airport: it seems you “order a car” and it’s a service where they gave me the drivers personal cell number. This isn’t safe or standard practice and reflective of Jamaicas deficiency on hospitality. The power went out day of check out due to a storm. Staff were not apologetic at all when we couldn’t shower or flush toilets just a few hours before needing to prepare for getting to the airport. I emailed customer service well after the fact and never heard back from Ocean Hotels.
