Everything is perfect except Wi-Fi

Liked:The hotel is in a very good location, very cozy, the bed is very soft, despite the fact that the room is small it was simply amazing for such a price with such a location.

Disliked:One of the important criteria was Wi-Fi. Their website says they have it, but in reality, it doesn't work, and when you do manage to connect, it's so slow that even regular messages are slow to arrive. They also didn't have an iron.
